The Tennessee Clinical and Translational Science Institute is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse multidisciplinary translational workforce capable of conducting high-impact Clinical and Translational Research (CTR). To accomplish our workforce development goals, we have established CTR degree granting and training programs that provide core competencies focused on study design, conduct, analysis, dissemination, and translation of clinical research. Further, we have robust mentoring programs in addition to providing short courses, workshops, and seminars.
