Congratulations to Charisse Madlock-Brown, Ph.D., Associate Professor in the Department of Diagnostic and Health Sciences who is the Principal Investigator (PI) on a National Institutes of Health (NIH) RECOVER grant. The RECOVER Initiative was designed to learn about the long-term effects of COVID. Dr. Madlock-Brown’s COVID work from this project was recently featured in the very prestigious journal Nature, and also featured in the New York Times and the NIH YouTube channel.
